How To Take: Shake well before using. Take the recommended dose by itself or add any drink, smoothie, or recipe. Our Liquid Vitamins can be taken on an empty stomach, with food or liquid, or after a hearty meal. 

Suggest Dosage: Please read the label: typically 1 tablespoon (29.6 mL) per day. 

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place. Product has a two year shelf life from the time of production. Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, Happy Supp vitamins last for 6 months in the refrigerator. 

Safety Info: This product contains niacin (Vitamin B3). For those sensitive to Niacin please take the product with food to avoid a "Niacin flush". When taken on an empty stmoach you may experience a temporary 5 minute "Niacin Flush" which will cause warm/itchy skin and then will subside. Taking the product with food will avoid the niacin flush.
