Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Subscription

After a 3-5 business day processing window your package will arrive in less than 5 business days. Our main office is located in Dallas, Texas. We ship all of our vitamins from our GMP Certified Facility in Dallas, Texas where all of our vitamins are manufactured. 

Address Error: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email our team immediately with the correct one. If your order ships before the update is received, we’re unable to resend or refund the package. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any issues. Make sure your address is correct. Our team will not send out double shipments due to customer error. If your package is delivered to the wrong address by a carrier please provide photo evidence of your property and we will reship asap! 

Return Policy: In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, refunds on, or exchanges on our products unless they come damaged or different than described. If there are any issues that are approved we will send out a replacement asap! There are no refunds. You have up to 12 hours to make any changes to your order before our team processes it. Our team works fast! If you contact us after the order is processed we cannot guarantee any changes. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes and will not offer any refunds. For any changes to your order we recommend immediately emailing our team. 

Wrong Shipment: If you receive the wrong vitamins please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and send a picture of what you received including the box! We cannot resend vitamins if a customer fails to notify us within 24 hours of opening your package. 

Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account here: https://happysupp.com/account/login or by emailing our team at info@happysupp.com. We send multiple reminder emails before each renewal. If your subscription renews and ships before cancellation, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Please give our team notice BEFORE the order is placed. If you wait until after the order is placed to reach out we cannot guarantee a cancellation if it is shipped out before your request is processed.
